Sacramento Man Making Fitness Fame

Financial Services Guru Turned Fat Loss Guinea Pig, Josh Golden is the subject of a fitness documentary currently being shot in Lincoln California that has already attracted some big muscle clout in the fitness community. The documentary, set to be completed by the end of 2008 is hoping for a Sundance submission as well as attracting some more big fitness names for inclusion in its final cut.

In one of the more unlikely corners of the Greater Sacramento region, a small production team has been focusing it's cameras on the gym floor of Gold's Gym in Lincoln California where financial services expert turned fitness guinea pig, Josh Golden has undertaken the the task of turning his flab to fitness excellence in just 4 months time for a documentary project entitled "Fitness Captured". "Whether or not it can be done is not the point", say's Josh. "The only thing I am out to prove is that if anyone gets up off the couch and works to make a change in their life, chances are they will either succeed or come darn close to a successful outcome much sooner than they might expect. All they really have to do is make the effort. The point of this whole thing is to see how far a guy can get with a clear vision of what he wants to be in mind. The challenges of home, family, work, and everything else that most people are hampered down with still need to stand in the way and will of course slow down the progress of anybody trying to achieve fitness excellence. The whole point of this however was to show that in the time allotted, in this case, 4 months, an average guy with all the challenges of normal life can still make significant change in the amount of time he is given just as long as he embraces the diet and simple exercise routine that was handed to him."...
