International Nostalgia Lecturer Featured on "Legends of the 50's" River Cruises

International lecturer, Rick Busciglio is set to "sail" this September on The Delta Queen Steamboat Company's two LEGENDS OF THE 50'S themed river-cruises on their paddle wheeler The Mississippi Queen. The cruises will depart from Cincinnati and Chattanooga.

The Legends of the 50's cruises will feature The Four Freshmen, "When My Sugar Walks Down the Street", Gogi Grant singing "Wayward Wind", and the Four Lads with "Moments to Remember." Plus, Hall-of-Fame baseball star Bob Feller, and retired broadcaster (and Chester Twp New Jersey resident) Rick Busciglio who will take the guests on a trip down memory lane with two presentations; The Fabulous 50's and Frank Sinatra...the man and his music.

Rick lectures on nostalgia topics throughout New Jersey and internationally on cruise ships. Morrissey Goodale LLC tracked 15 deals in the AE industry over the past month, bringing the total number of deals in 2008 thus far to 96.

Our initial review of year-to-date activity confirms the increasing influence of international and publicly traded firms in shaping the AE industry. Over one in five domestic sales involve a publicly traded or international buyer. International firms are buying into the US at twice the pace that US firms are buying overseas.

27% of Fleet Operators Now Using Vehicle Tracking Technology

More than one in four UK fleets is using tracking within their vehicle operations according to new research from fleet solutions provider DigiCore. The results from the Vehicle Tracking Survey 2008 - conducted amongst 150 fleet decision makers and influencers - also claim three quarters of companies using a tracking system are achieving value from the technology.

In particular, the research found that uptake was greatest amongst commercial vehicle fleets (30 per cent) and fleet operators with more than 100 vehicles (31 per cent). Furthermore, penetration was particularly high in the utilities (86 per cent), logistics and road transport (40 per cent), and service management (38 per cent) sectors.... (Continue reading)
